Potential Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for same-day service, after-hours service, holiday service, extended travel, no-access/lockout situations, materially different property conditions, customer-requested additional work, or additional authorized cleaning time. Any chargeable additional work requested after service begins will be presented for approval before it is performed.

Same-day appointments are subject to availability and may include a rush fee of 20% of the service subtotal, with a minimum fee of $40. A same-day request is not confirmed until accepted by P&P Cleaning and Notary Services LLC.

25% Deposit Required for One-Time Bookings and the First Recurring Cleaning Visit. Later recurring visits require no deposit and are payable in full after completion. Your requested appointment is not confirmed until P&P successfully receives the required deposit and sends your appointment confirmation. Standard deposits are due within 24 hours of approval. Same-day deposits, including after-hours same-day appointments, are due immediately within the 30–60 minute payment window shown at approval. Unpaid requests may expire and the requested date/time may be released. P&P may approve a written deposit exception.
